What Tsinglin is

Tsinglin provides free browser-based tools and games. The tools run on your own device. The multiplayer games use an account system described below.

The service is provided free of charge and without any guarantee of availability.

Accounts for multiplayer games

You need an account to play the eight multiplayer games. When you create one you agree to provide an accurate email address, to keep your password confidential, and to accept responsibility for activity that happens under your account.

You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction to create an account. You may not create accounts by automated means, share an account, or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, in particular one used to disrupt other people’s games.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site, its multiplayer games, or the infrastructure they run on.
• Scrape the site at a volume that degrades service for other people.
• Reproduce, resell or redistribute the site or its content as your own product.
• Use the tools to process material you have no right to process.

Not professional advice

Several categories of tools on this site perform calculations about money and about health. They are calculators, not advisers. Their output is not financial, tax, legal, investment or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text and original code are ours. You may use the tools and play the games freely, including for commercial purposes, but you may not copy the site itself or present it as your own.

Content you enter into a tool remains yours. We claim no rights over it — and as the Privacy Policy explains, we never receive it in the first place.

Third-party and open-source components

This site incorporates open-source software, including the FFmpeg and MuPDF engines used by the media and document converters, and the Supabase client library. Those components are licensed under their own terms, and nothing in these terms restricts the rights their licences grant you.

The audio, video and document converters load their engines from public CDNs at runtime, as described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of those third-party services.

Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove tools and games at any time, and we may suspend the site for maintenance. We do not guarantee that any particular tool will remain available, or that the site will be uninterrupted.

The multiplayer games depend on third-party infrastructure. Live matches may be interrupted by outages outside our control.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the results produced by any tool are accurate, complete or suitable for your purpose. Arithmetic can be checked, and so can conversion output — you should check it before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site.

Because the service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us, which is nothing, or the minimum amount the applicable law permits us to limit it to.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. If you hold a multiplayer account, you may ask us to delete it by writing to the address in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend your access if you materially breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and any dispute may also be brought before the courts that law provides for.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The revision date at the top of the page will change, and continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
