Financial calculators
The Money category includes tools such as the Mortgage Payoff Calculator, Take-Home Pay Calculator, Compound Interest Calculator, Loan Payment Calculator, Retirement Calculator, Refinance Calculator, Rent vs Buy Calculator, Credit Card Payoff Calculator and Investment Fee Calculator.
These tools implement standard formulas. That is both their value and their limit: a formula does not know your tax bracket, your deductions, your credit rating, your local property rules, or the fees your particular lender charges.
Results are estimates for planning and comparison. They are not an offer of credit, a quote, a tax return, or a projection you should act on without verifying it against your own statements and, where the decision is significant, against advice from a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
Health and fitness calculators
The Health category includes tools such as the BMI Calculator, Body Fat Calculator, Water Intake Calculator and Pregnancy Due Date Calculator.
These tools use population-level formulas. BMI and body-fat formulas in particular are statistical approximations that were derived for groups of people and are known to misclassify individuals — they take no account of muscle mass, body composition, age, sex, ethnicity, medication or medical history.
Nothing in this category is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use these tools to start, stop or change any treatment, medication or diet. If you have a medical concern, or if a result here worries you, speak to a doctor.
For pregnancy specifically: a due-date estimate is a statistical midpoint, not a clinical determination. All prenatal decisions belong with your healthcare provider.
Conversion and formatting tools
The converters, formatters and generators — including the image, audio, video and document converters, and the text and developer tools — are provided for convenience.
Always check the output before relying on it. This matters most where the result is not easily reversible: converting a document to another format, compressing or resizing an image or video, or generating a document you intend to send to someone else. Keep your original file until you have confirmed the result is correct.
Format conversion can lose information. That is a property of the formats, not a defect we can remove.
Games and entertainment tools
The games and the novelty tools — including the meeting cost calculator and the prank screens — are entertainment. Their output is a joke, a rough illustration, or a game result, and none of it should be treated as a measurement of anything real.
No warranty, and verify before you rely
As the Terms of Service set out, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for decisions you take based on its output.
The practical version of that, and the only advice on this page we would ask you to actually follow: check the number before you act on it.
